Job Title: Wholesale Sales & Accounts Manager

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Wholesale Sales & Accounts Manager to grow and maintain our wholesale business. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll manage existing wholesale accounts, build new ones, and develop programs that incentivize and support wholesale partners. The ideal candidate is sales-focused, highly organized, and thrives on building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with current wholesale accounts to ensure continued growth and satisfaction
  
• Prospect, pitch, and secure new wholesale accounts in alignment with brand goals
  
• Develop and implement wholesale order incentive programs to drive account performance
  
• Track, manage, and report on wholesale sales goals, commissions, and account activity
  
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
  
• Represent the brand at apparel markets, trade shows, and pop-up events (travel required)
  
• Act as the point of contact for wholesale partners, providing exceptional service and support
  

Qualifications

• Sales-focused, with proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
  
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
  
• Willingness to travel for shows, pop-ups, and account visits
  
• Previous wholesale, retail, or sales experience in apparel or consumer goods strongly preferred
  

Compensation

• Base salary + commission on wholesale sales
  
• Travel expenses covered for shows and events

Job Location: Remote or based locally in Jackson, Mississippi

Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Marketing Designer to join our team. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the applicant’s availability and experience, and may be remote or based locally in Jackson, MS. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and marketing strategy—bringing fresh ideas to life across digital channels without relying on generic templates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage weekly content calendars for Instagram, email, and SMS campaigns.
  
• Design and produce original, on-brand content (graphics, layouts, illustrations, etc.) for digital marketing channels.
  
• Conceptualize and execute content strategy to drive engagement, conversion, and brand growth.
  
• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, tracking performance and making data-driven adjustments.
  
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions that elevate the brand’s visual and storytelling presence.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio that showcases original, non-template work.
  
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
  
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign creation, targeting, optimization).
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across social, email, and SMS.
  
• Illustration skills a big plus—hand-drawn or digital.
  
• Self-starter, organized, and able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
